“Deliberate practice makes anything possible and yet most leaders never do anything remotely close. It's like being a prize fighter who only trains against live opponents.”

What do you do?

I help unconventional executives develop the mindset and practice habits of the world's most wise and compassionate leaders.

Why?

Olympic athletes practice, so do orchestra musicians, but most CEO's, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders never do. We keep busy but we almost never invest the time or energy needed to go beyond what impresses others but secretly feels incredibly easy to us. I help people amazing people practice to become world class, using a little bit of science and a whole lot of the Zen training I learned from my time as a monk.
