What do you do?

Heart disease and heart surgery survivor using my story to change the standard of care to include cognitive, emotional and behavioral support post-op. I also help companies get the best possible version of medical devices on market and keep it there. I love telling stories.

Why?

I had two minor strokes (TIAs) in 2010 and 2012, and then had open heart surgery to correct the fenestrated, aneurysmal ASD that was the likely culprit. I struggled at work and at home for 18 months afterward. Nobody should have to go through that. I write because I have stories and ideas in my head that can help people.
