What do you do?

To borrow from Rumi, "Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there." Coaching represents this space where individuals can be. I'll meet you there :)

Why?

There's something magical about helping others reach the understanding they seek about themselves, the world, or both. As a (metaphorical) bridge-builder, I believe stories possess immense power, especially when used to uplift someone. Understanding their origins and relevance in the present amplifies their impact. I love supporting folks in figuring out their stories.

What should we read?

A different version of a story we all know: The Gospel According to Jesus Christ, by Jose Saramago. Another truth, or nine of them: Nine Lies About Work, Marcus Buckingham.
