What do you do?
I help to transform talented individuals into high-performing teams, particularly in remote environments.
Why?
I am an engineer by nature. I enjoy connecting things together, creating systems, and ensuring that they all work well together. I previously worked as a network engineer, connecting computers and creating networks, including the Internet. However, I have since discovered the power of human connections and have become fascinated by human psychology.
