I help people to feel safe in der body to move freely and joyfully and to translate this embodied feeling of safety into their minds.


I love to move and connect the mind and the body because I discovered myself the healing powers of the body. I am convinced that by working with your mind, a lot of physical symptoms can be healed. Vice versa, starting to feel your body and your physical needs will enable you to change your mind, empower yourself and ultimately lead you to create a life that you truly want.
