Often wondered... if someone shunted GPS on a global scale, would their be seemingly endless amounts of people absolutely lost and unable to find home? If mobile devices only worked when and where others weren't nearby? No people around... 5G baby! Two or more people around... black screen. Do you talk with others, or go hide so you can love and coddle your beloved device? Most recently, I wondered if the local club "rock band" scene a dying idea... you know... like "justice" and/or "do process" is?

What do you do?
I tend to be knee deep in IBM Cognos... ever battling with their janky SDK's, and their detail-less documentation... making it do things IBM actually tends to frown upon.
Why?
Obviously, I do it to pay the bills... buy bass strings... ultimately, to be known on a first name basis at sweetwater.com (I'm getting there). I work Cognos as it is part of our BI infrastructure and my company desires it hacked to align with their business requirements. I tend to just say... "Sure, I'll get it to do that". Initially it was fun, hacking other peoples code (nothing like loving your job), now; with the advent of AI... sadly, we've just gone off the rails.
