A recent thought I keep coming back to: we don't spend enough time alone. Real solitude — away from noise and other people's opinions — is often what it takes to understand yourself and know which direction to go.

Why?
I do it because finding balance matters to me. It's easy to let work define you, so sports, new experiences, and sharing them are how I keep the rest of my life just as alive.
