What do you do?

As a Computational Biologist, I build statistical/machine learning tools to analyze data generated from experiments related to human immunology.

Why?

The amount of biological data is enormous, and methods to analyze them are a few. I like to create unbiased end-to-end automated methods to speed up the analysis and generate meaningful insights.
