Everyone’s obsessed with giving AI more data - but what really helps both humans and machines thrive is context. Not just facts, but the invisible shared understanding of how things work, what matters, and why. Without it, even the smartest systems (and smartest people) can miss the point. So now I’m thinking a lot about context design - how we shape environments where good decisions, helpful outputs, and real collaboration can actually happen. It’s quiet work, but it might just be the superpower of the future.

Professional title:

Product Leadership Coach, Curator and Founder at Product at Heart

What do you do?

I help product leaders grow—through coaching, writing, and curating spaces where they can learn with and from each other.

Why?

Because the software we build shapes the world we live in—and product leaders play a key role in deciding what gets built and why. I want the people in those roles to be skilled, self-aware, and guided by good intentions. Helping them grow into thoughtful, human-centered leaders is how I try to contribute to a better future.
