I help people grow and enable them to build great software, while also growing my Emacs customization, chasing severe weather, and cutting through AI hype to find what actually works.
Why?
I find deep satisfaction in helping people discover potential they didn't know they had. I love solving problems by getting to the root cause, and I'm endlessly curious about how things actually work, whether that's team dynamics, weather systems, or why an impossible thing is happening.
