Everyone frames humanoid robots as a jobs story. The bigger story is deflation. Labor is the largest line item in most of what you buy, and when it drops toward zero, prices follow it down. We spend all our worry on who loses work and almost none on what happens when everything gets cheaper at once.

Built a company. Sold it. Traveled the world. Now focused on what reshapes it.
What do you do?
I write essays for founders running $1M to $50M businesses at derekpedia.com/blog, and take a handful of one-hour strategy calls.
Why?
I spent 18 years building one company and learned most of it the hard way. Writing is how I think out loud and save a few founders the M&A and VC mistakes that cost me. I'm not building anything right now, which is the point.
What should we read?
10X Is Easier Than 2X by Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy. 2X makes you do more of the same. 10X forces you to subtract, because brute force can't get you there.
