No experience was useless, everything you've done so far all adds up to make the person you are today. This thought makes easier to accept that former efforts you put into a career is no reason to stay there if it's not for you anymore.

What do you do?

I write, I encourage knowledge sharing and I help adopting inclusive decision making.

Why?

Knowledge sharing is important for me because I love being able to lift others, but also love it when someone teaches me something with passion. After years in Software Engineering, I want to help teams so they don't face situations that frustrated me back in the days, and I have the crazy ambition to make the tech world more inclusive. As for writing... well, it just runs in my veins!
