What do you do?
I listen to people. I teach people. I help people.
Why?
I love teaching for two reasons: 1) I like helping people and 2) it forces me to keep learning and growing. I love coaching athletes for and competing in crazy endurance races because I think it releases an essential, basic part of all of us that gets repressed in modern society.
