What do you do?
I build systems that help people and projects thrive. My days oscillate between designing construction strategies, shaping internal company rituals, and exploring ideas that sit at the edge of practice and philosophy.
Why?
Because I want work to be more than execution. I’m learning to step back from the operator role and create scaffolding that others can climb, so the work outlives me.
