What do you do?
I design, build, and implement operational systems that help multifamily property management companies run more efficiently and scale effectively (and I'm a pretty damned good D&D DM, too).
Why?
I'm a nerd for systems and structures and processes; it's satisfying like how tidy the yard looks after mowing the lawn (although I don't have a yard and haven't mowed a lawn in a long time).
