What do you do?
I help people find gratitude and ask them if the story they are telling themselves is true.
Why?
I started the Global Gratitude Jar to hold space for beautiful humans to improve their gratitude practice. I did it because it would have killed me not to. I ponder by default and I write to make sense of my ponderings.
