I get to combine design, research, strategy, impact measurement, and behavorial change on projects for charities, startups, businesses, or social enterprises, doing a little bit of good. It's a little niche I'm very grateful for!

What should we read?

Moi qui n'ai pas connu les hommes (I Who Have Never Known Men) by Jacqueline Harpman is haunting and will never leave me. The Book Thief (La Voleuse de livres) by Markus Zusak. "I wanted to explain that I am constantly overestimating and underestimating the human race-that rarely do I ever simply estimate it. I wanted to ask her how the same thing could be so ugly and so glorious, and its words and stories so damning and brilliant. I am haunted by humans."
