Writing is magick and vice versa. Thoth is the Egyptian god of magick and writing. Coincidence? I think not. Magick isn't called 'the art' for nothing. The etymology of the word Grimoire, a book used to summon demons, comes from grammar. Why do you think demons are so bad at spelling? Writers are alchemists. You can't turn lead into gold but you can turn words into money.

What do you do?

I'm a writer, AI whisperer, and all-round creative misfit.

Why?

Writers write, right? I help writers and artists to do their best work. Let's be part of each other's stories.

What should we read?

'A Wild Sheep Chase' by Haruki Murakami. I love Haruki Murakami and that was the first book of his that I read. When I visited Japan every day I tried to find a book by Haruki Murakami as a gift for a friend. In bookshop after bookshop I baffled the lovely staff. My Japanese was so bad. I thought that I'd asked if they had anything in stock by him but what I actually said was: "Does Haruki Murakami live here?"
