I believe that a growing megatrend, fueled by nostalgia, is going to lead to an era of digital expatriates. I see a future of algorithmic opt-outs returning to analog rooms, physical media, slow internet, and carefully curated content. Presence and intentionality will be revolutionary ideas.

What do you do?

I write, vlog, travel, cook (and eat and review), draw, code, design -- I do a little of everything, and not a whole lot of anything.

Why?

I create things because the need to put stuff out into the world builds like pressure. I have an insatiable curiosity to explore, learn, connect, and experience as much of this life and human condition as possible. I've never been able to settle on just one or a few interests, so my online world is built around resigning myself to the fact that I'm a dabbler.

What should we read?

Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen, Christopher McDougall Its not just a book about running. One of the books that changed a little part of me forever, and helped me to fall in love with the journey, not the outcome.
