Never pitch problems without solutions - Danny Zuker, Executive Producer of Modern Family. He gave this speech at my college graduation and I think about it daily. It's such a great mindset and I get frustrated by people who just talk about problems without solutions. The first solution doesn't need to be perfect. Just that you are trying to fix the problem accomplishes alot.
