Why?
I want to help software engineers build a work life with less stress and more intention. I have seen how misunderstandings about what actually creates value lead to avoidable problems like wasted effort, poor decisions, bureaucracy-driven frustration, and constant miscommunication. Sharing these lessons is my way of helping others avoid that path and work with more clarity.
