What do you do?
I help people discover their special brand of magic and find ways to bring more of it to their life and work - and if they lead people, I teach them how to do that for their teams.
Why?
Better humans make better leaders. I want to live in a just and equitable society where people do meaningful, rewarding work, so I'm teaching people how to lead in a way that will get us there.
