What do you do?
I do handstands before each coffee, remind people to be silly, and work to renovate an old hotel into a clown school.
Why?
Because I want to give people safe spaces to play. Life is better when play is part of it. (And as to the coffee handstands? Well, I'll always be drinking coffee, so tying my handstand practice to that just made sense!)
