What do you do?
I use my life experiences with mental illness to help others overcome hard times that they are going through. Also, I do creative stuff.
Why?
I assist others in recovery because it makes me happy to help others. I write and create because if I did not I would explode. I have too much going on around me and in my head to not have some healthy outlets.
