What do you do?
I explore body-mind connection, emotions, overcoming fear, and the flow state through movement arts (dance, parkour, martial arts, acrobatics, etc.) and related practices.
Why?
I'm deep into movement because it helps me with my #1 challenge: getting out of my head enough to be present. I love being able to inspire others with movement, teaching, and also writing about the otherwise hidden internal experiences that arise from being present with my body.
